First Draft

How do you write a poem?

Does it always have to rhyme?

Not a lot Rhymes with Poem

that feels like a crime.

All I can think of is La Boheme

I am not even that's a rhyme.

I think it might be an Opera

Maybe I'll do better next time.

This might be the worst poem ever

But at least its only a first draft

I didn't expect to be the next Blake or Byron

or to have even mastered the craft.

This is my first poem ever.

What do you think? Is it crap?
